♡losing weight and weight control⌒♡+゚

allright this issue has been on my 'coming soon' list for a long time already and few readers have asked me when i'm going to write about it. yesterday and today i've been reading for exams but now i'm totally fed up with reading so i'll spend my evening writing about weight control issues!

and first of all, i have to say that i don't want to stimulate anyone to lose weight or adore super skinniness and become anorexic. i just tell how i myself lost weight by healthy ways and give some tips.

i've been always naturally quite thin and always the smallest one among friends etc.. for a long time i was 47 kg but suddenly last year's spring i became 49 kg. then i thought that i have to lose some weight. i'm not saying that 49 kg is much or it is fat but i just.. wanted to be thinner while reading all those asian fashion magazines etc. i've to admit i adore thinness but wisely. i understand it's not good to be like a skeleton, i adore sexy thinness even if for someone it may be too thin.

well while that time i got few extra kilos, Tung was studying in Vietnam and there was still few months left before he would come back. then i got some strange thoughts in my mind: 'what if he doesn't like me anymore when he comes back and what if he thinks then i'm ugly' etc.. then i decided i have to be more beautiful and thin.


it was spring time when i started jogging and everything. so good time for losing weight. you can really see weight loss from my face. first photo is from March 2009 when i was 47-49 kg, don't remember accurately how much i weigh when take that pic. and in the picture from June 2009 i'm 43 kg. so i lost 6 kilos.

so, how i did it. here's my tips!

DIET

what many persons get wrong is that they think 'i don't eat anything so i lose weight' WRONG WRONG WRONG. THAT'S BULLSHIT. nobody can be without eating for a long time. you will become very hungry and then you just cram tons of sweets and fast food.

1. put effort on your breakfast and lunch. those are most important eating on your day. eat much on those and then you will avoid hunger rest of your day. as for breakfast i eat Fitness full corn flakes with fatless milk or unspiced yoghurt (normal yoghurt has much sugar!!!). with that i eat some wholemeal bread, generally rye bread and some fruits (apple, banana, kiwi, pear..). my lunch i usually eat at school. put vegetables on half of your plate, 1/4 potatoes, rice or pasta and last 1/4 meat or fish. i drink water and eat rye or crispbread. for a snack after school i eat something what i had for a breakfast. dinner is similar to lunch but i'm not eating so much. i don't usually eat evening snack, but if i feel hungry at evening or night then i might take some fruit. anyway, eat some very light at night.

2. asian food. i mostly eat vietnamese food. it's very healthy 'coz it has much vegetables and sea food and herbs. and it's so GOOD!!! chili is often used in that food and chili helps burning calories.

3. avoid cream, cheese, mayonnaise. avoid junk food and sweets. but it's not serious if yu sometimes eat time. for example sweets are my bad habit and sometimes i eat them way too much. but it's more important to change your daily eating habits. it doesn't matter if you sometimes eat something 'forbidden'. just try to cut down on amount of sweets etc.

4. eat a lot of different fruits!! so good and healthy! much vitamins. especially i recommend pomelo! it speeds up your metabolism so you won't caught weight easily. and berries!!

EXERCISING

1. i think, in my case the most effective for losing weight is jogging. last spring i went to jog every evening. you can start by walking, but i run. usually i ran 3-6 kilometres per day. i really think that's the way i lost so much weight.

2. other exercises. actually i was pretty lazy doing these at home so then i just had to force myself to do them. you can try to search different exercise tips from Youtube, there's a lot of great tips!

3. another exercising form that i like especially much is dancing! sometimes i dance just something own and sometimes i learn choreographies. just try to find your form of motion that you like best and do it!


this is my favourite one to dance at the moment.

so with those ways i lost 0,5-1 kg per week.

nowadays i don't try to lose weight anymore. what i do is just for weight control, to keep my current weight. i would like to get my thighs and stomach more flat and tight-fitting and i will try to make it by a muscle exercising, jogging and dancing. i also have still something to improve on my eating habits.

during last winter i didn't jog much 'coz it was too cold, dark and slippery but now spring is coming and i can start daily jogging again. actually this weekend i already tried jogging little bit two times.

sometimes i think i still might want to lose 1-3 kilos, but let's see, i'm pretty okay already with my weight.

those tips for diet and exercise are actually good even if you didn't want to lose weight. with those you will become more healthier.

and plus please don't tell that i'm too thin or my weight is too little. i think it's very all right for me and i didn't lose too much. i'm not saying you should be just same size as me. if i had lost too much like anorexic, i would have also lost my boobs but i still got them same size as before 8D
